💳 Payment Terms
All payments are due upfront before service begins. Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly service fees will be billed automatically regularly.

🔁 Refunds & Guarantee
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all new subscriptions. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued. HIPAA compliance add-ons and software platform fees (e.g., sub-account provisioning, seat licenses) are non-refundable.

🚫 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. This allows us time to safely unplug and transfer access or data if needed. There are no early termination fees, but past payments will not be refunded.

📩 Communication Consent

By providing your email or phone number, you agree to receive communications from IgniteAutomate, including service alerts, updates, and occasional promotional messages.

🔐Data & Privacy
IgniteAutomate does not store sensitive client data locally. All services are hosted on secure, encrypted platforms. HIPAA-compliant services are available upon request and activation.
